A drop below 1308, the low of the purple setup bar will indicate the trading cycle has topped and is likely to be followed by a decline to 1297 - 1283, which is a 38-50% retracement shown by the dashed lines on the chart. A close below 1283 would indicate prices could drop to 1270, a 62% retracement.
