Cotton is a tricky market that can take out a previous week high or low and then quickly reverse. The 56/99 spot rollback contracts are not tradable, but they usually give a very good indication of trend. For trading evaluation, I use the weekly chart of the contract that I am trading. The weekly March contract (chart not shown) shows the potential for a drop below 63.00 to form a swing high that would indicate prices could continue lower for several weeks into a 20-week cycle bottom.
