This weekly chart is nearby contract to expiration. The blue setup bar followed by the red dot confirmed a weekly cycle bottom, and a drop below the purple setup bar will form a swing high confirming the top of the weekly cycle. The oscillator is just rolling over indicating that prices could drop for a number of weeks without forming a swing.
