The weekly chart is a classic progression of lower swing highs and lower swing lows from the early 1998 top through last week's price bar. Since the 10-week cycle low is already in place, the odds are good that a series of lower weekly price bars will occur into the weekly cycle bottom without exceeding a previous week's high. (The exception might be the high of an inside week).
