With your purchase you receive free technical support for 30 days from your date of purchase. After the 30-day free support period, technical support is billed @ $75 per incident for immediate phone support; $30 per incident for 24-hour email support (phone support, if needed). Of course, if the problem is with the software, there is never a charge for technical support. |

Program The initial program you download is a dated program. You will receive a permanent patch with installation instructions, which removes the date restrictions and ties ProfitTrader to your MetaStock platform, via email before the expiration date. It is highly recommended that you save the program to a diskette or CD in the event that you need to reinstall it at a future date. |

| There is also a free "Cycle Analyst's Seminar" on the site that you might find helpful. The charts were done in TradeStation, not MetaStock, but the educational content still applies. |
